Vendors may begin setting up Saturday no earlier than 6:00 a.m.
We ask that Vendors DO NOT SET UP UNLESS UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF A COMMITTEE MEMBER
THERE IS NO SET-UP ALLOWED ANY TIME BEFORE 6:00 A.M. INCLUDING THE NIGHT BEFORE
Due to new vendor layout, electric is EXTREMELY limited for NON-food vendors. This is first come first serve and you will be notified if we are unable to provide electric for you
All food vendors are required to obtain proper permits from the Town of Plaistow Health Officer at least 14 days before Old Home Day. the Plaistow Historical Society will not authorize Vendor set-up if the Vendor has failed to adhere to the Town of Plaistow Health Department''s permit requirements. All Vendors must provide their own equipment. The town does not provide tables, chairs, electric cords, etc.
Vendors should be aware that they will asked to cease the sale of items that may cause a hazard of nuisance to attendees or performers, or create excessive litter on Pollard Park. Examples of items that have caused issues in the past include certain noisemakers, sillystring, and sprays.
There shall be no damage cause to town property, no trimming of brush or trees, attaching items to town property, ect.
Vendors will only be allowed vending displays/carts/tents/tables approved by the Old Home Day Committee. The Old Home Day Committee can bar a vendor if the Old Home Day Committee determines the Vendor has unreasonable stand/booth requirements.
The Old Home Day Committee has final determination on locations of all vendors. If a Vendor is set-up in a location that is to be used for a town-sponsored event, they will be asked to move.
Items/booths, carts in tow shall be unloaded from motor vehicles and motor vehicles moved to proper public parking locations.
Vendors shall have all materials removed from the town green by 9 p.m. on Saturday.
Old Home Day will be following all State of New Hampshire regulations and CDC guidelines at the time of this event
All Vendor place items placed at PARC is at their own risk.
